Ten Percent Careers Shop offers you the following ways to pay:

• Credit & Debit Card – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, JCB, Discover.
• Apple Pay
• Bank transfer
• Cheque (although if possible we would rather not!).

Credit Cards, Debit Cards & Apple Pay

Although our SSL secure online shop is owned and operated by us, our payment solution is managed by Stripe, an external credit card processing service. Your card details are completely separate to our own systems and we do not see them at any time during the process. Stripe have extensive security around their systems – see https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe. As soon as you enter your card details they are protected by Stripe security protocols.

Bank Transfer

Sometimes our online shop may be a bit sleepy and the process may not run smoothly. If you have any problems ordering and paying online, you can arrange to do a bank transfer. Simply contact us to request our bank details, transfer the money to our bank account using the details below and then email us to confirm that the transfer has been done. We will immediately reply with a receipt and further instructions. This option is available in the UK and worldwide (we can supply our international bank details).

Cheque

We don’t mind if you want to pay by cheque, although would rather you used another form of payment if at all possible.. However if this is the only option you can make a cheque payable to ‘Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited’ and post to our head office address on the contact page here. Please include an email address and phone number with your cheque so we can make contact.

Data Security

Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited is Cyber Essentials accredited, which is a UK government standard for IT security. Our website is SSL secure and we are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller.
